This small historic house was full of charm but needed some structural intervention as well as subtle updating. The couple who are expert chefs, also needed a special space for intimate dinner parties and holiday celebrations.
An octagonal dining pavilion was added for this purpose, with 270 degrees of glass doors and windows, an atmospheric lighting scheme and a stone tile floor and radiant heating system.
