This Federal Style townhouse, built during the American Civil War and located in the heart of New York City’s Historic Greenwich Village, underwent a major renovation. The historic front façade was preserved and a two-story window wall was added at the rear, facing the garden. An open floor plan kitchen/dining/family room and a Master Bedroom Suite complete with gracious shower, soaking tub and connected dressing room make the interiors modern. A curved copper roof penthouse was added later.
