Eight new apartments and the adaptive re-use of a hundred-year-old bank reflect the scale of the residential and commercial architecture that has defined the community’s identity for over a hundred years. Sited along a private, pedestrian street, the new construction respects the small-town historic fabric while utilizing the sustainable materials and architectural details of our own time. Roof gardens and native plantings will be visible from Main Street, while the iconic 1904 bank building will be refurbished as a common space for the apartment’s residents.
