Mixed-Use Apartment Building

The borough of Staten Island has mixed-use zoning in the St. George district, which allows owners to have commercial tenants in the first floor with residential apartments on the upper floors. This building suffered fire damage and the developer wanted to maximize the property, therefore we added two more floors to the existing two story building. The front brick façade was removed and replaced with a large modern window wall system and decks for residents to connect with the street life below.
